How buying at auction works
Our sales are timed and online, so you can bid from anywhere. Three things to know before your first sale.
Register, then do your homework
Registering to bid may need approval and identification, so do it in advance. Then read the lot description and photographs carefully before you bid.
Bid to a number you set first
Lots close at published times, a few seconds apart. A bid in a lot's last ten minutes extends that lot by ten minutes, so nobody wins on the buzzer. Set your maximum and the platform holds it for you.
Pay, then collect
Win a lot and we invoice you, payable by bank transfer. Once the payment clears you collect from the seller's premises, by appointment. Collection and transport are yours to arrange.

Lots are listed where they stand, from your own details and photographs, so nothing has to move before it is sold. Online bidding puts them in front of trade buyers across the UK and overseas, and you are paid before anything is collected.
